Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source and hire non-technical talent, with a strong focus on Business Development and Marketing roles
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels
  • Improve and structure hiring processes, making them efficient and scalable
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Track hiring progress and keep stakeholders aligned

Required skills

  • At least 1,5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Proven experience hiring non-technical roles, especially in Business Development and Marketing
  • Confidence in running hiring processes independently
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills
  • English level B1 or higher
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in startups or small teams
  • Experience building or improving recruitment processes from scratch
  • Understanding of the FinTech, crypto, or digital product space
